On-Line Direct Support via "Log Me In Rescue Me"

We now offer direct on-line support via 3am Labs "Log Me In Rescue" program. "Log Me In Rescue" is like being in front of your computer. Here are some of the features and benefits:

How does it work? "Log Me In Rescue" allows my keyboard and mouse to run your computer. It also transfers your screen to my screen so we can see everything that you see. We can transfer file to or from your computer. We share a common "clip board" so we can transfer text to or from your computer.
You see everything that we do during the session. We can interact with you as we do not "lock you out" by disabling your keyboard or mouse. THIS IS GREAT FOR TRAINING as you can see what we do to solve your problems as we discuss it on the telephone. For training, you can watch us run your programs then we can watch you work on your computer.
Flexible timing. We can conduct a session to train you or solve your computer problems when you need it. There is no need to schedule a visit. We can help you in real time.
It is permission based. We can only access your computer when you request a support or rescue session. You download a small applet that allows us to log into your computer and run it remotely. When the session is completed, the applet is removed from your computer.
Secure log in. The entire log in process is does with 256 bit encryption permission-based access, and automatic removal of access rights at session termination.
Support does require broadband Internet connection such as cable, DSL or ISDN.
After September 16, 2005, this will be a fee based service.
