 Full Service Site Hosting 
  • Unlimited Email Accounts (As many as you need to run your business).
  • Instant emails as emails are received and place in your in box as soon as they are sent. (AOL and other ISPs can take 15 minutes or longer to update your in box.)
  • Email "forwarding" (to your existing email account) and email "pulls" where we can automatically get retrieve email from existing accounts.
  • FTP Access (You can maintain your own site at no additional fee)
  • Multiple Domain Names pointing to your site for only an additional $35/year/Domain Name.
  • Contribute Access so you can contribute the content and pictures without having to know HTML or Web design. We assist you by take the responsibility for the design and navigation on the site.
  • On-line daily site analysis of site traffic, referrals and visitors (begins 2003-12-01).
  • Extensive Junk Mail filtering. Spam-Porno filters based on over 10,000 variables that are used to decide whether a given message is likely to be spam. We bounce emails that score too high and we banning Domain names contained in the body of the junk email. We filter virus by banning the 39 email attachment types that contain viruses. We do not ban attached images or ZIP files.
  • External professional DNS service is used so your Domain (site) is always found. A bad DNS lookup is the main reason sites are not found by viewers and sites that are not found can be dropped from the search engines.
  • Back-up server for emergencies. We have a record of 99.98% up time since January 1996.
  • Five different paths from our server to the backbone of the Internet...so your site is always connected.
  • Unlimited bandwidth, so there are no delays at our server when site pages/pictures are requested by your viewers.
  • Search Engine Positioning (SEP) evaluation report detailing your position in 29 major search engines and directory listing for the key words on your home page. Report is issued when hosting starts, 90 days after submission and then annually.
  • Internet Security Check-up including an analysis of anti-virus and firewall protection.
 Our Facility 
  • Three NT based machines located at Rocky.Net, a Tier 2 ISP that maintains fiber optic links directly to eight (8) Internet Backbones. Their dedicated connectivity provides reliable bandwidth to eight (8) national providers: Cable & Wireless, Sprint, AT&T, Global Crossing, Genuity, Level3, GTE/BBN and UUNET. With five (5) paths to the Internet and their BGP4 routing scheme we are riding on a fully redundant high-speed network.
  • We have contracted for up to 10 MB of Internet bandwidth from Rocky. This is the equivalent to over six T1 connections. Rocky.Net has two ICG OC-48 fiber optic hubs connected directly to the Internet backbone. Their DS3 connection with the Colorado Internet Cooperative Association includes three (3) DS3/T3 connections from Genuity, Sprint and Cable & Wireless.
  • Our two main, provider machines, and one back-up computer insure your site is always visible to the Internet.
  • We selected ZoneEdit as our DNS provider to insure your site will be found. Their advanced architecture ensures that your customers reach your site quickly and reliably regardless of their location. The globally deployed network of replicated, fail-safe name servers are designed so that all DNS requests will always be directed to and processed by one of the closest available servers ensuring the fastest DNS name resolution times. DNS changes are broadcast to the Internet in seconds rather than taking from 24 to 48 hours as with traditional DNS providers.
 Other Features 
  • e-Mail
    • Unlimited Email Accounts — all email accounts are both send and receive, so your emails appear to come directly from your domain regardless of who is your ISP. Some ISPs block other email services such as AOL and other, such as Earthlink and Qwest, make it very difficult to non-ISP email systems. These ISP should be avoided.
    • WebMail, so you can retrieve your email from anywhere in the world you have access to a web browser. Based on Microsoft's Hot Mail program, it is easy and intuitive to use.
    • Instant emails as emails are received and place in your in box as soon as they are sent. (AOL and other ISPs can take 15 minutes or longer to update your in box.)
    • Email "forwarding" (to your existing email account) and email "pulls" where we can automatically get retrieve email from existing accounts.
  • Spam Blocking — we use a variety of method to detect and block spam:
    • Realtime Black List (RBLs) is a every updating list of know Internet Computer Address (IPs) that are use solely to send spam. We block everything from these computers.
    • SmithCRC — a set of rules that correctly identify most spam messages by content and a database of fuzzy CRCs that let it correctly find messages that other people have reported as spam.
    • Spam Trap — a hidden email address on your pages that only spam robots can find. Anything sent to the "spam trap" is automatically labeled spam and all similar messages are deleted or dropped.
    • Aspam — a poly, multi symbol statistical matching method to identify spam. 40% effective with out training and up to 95% effective 'auto trained' by users.
  • Virus Protection — by block Windows-based programs at the mail gateway (mail server) we can help to both prevent and reduce the spread of self-propagating viruses. This means that you will receive no viruses as email attachments. We do recommend that you maintain a current copy of a virus protection program such as MacAfee or Norton on your system to prevent virus from other sources such as your browser.
  • Site Trafic Analysis — on-line site analysis of site traffic, referrals and visitors:
    • Updated daily for each month and unlimited history.
    • Daily count of unique visitors .
    • Links from an Internet Search Engine.
    • Links from an external page (other web sites except search engines).
    • Page analysis for popular pages.
    • Robots/Spiders visitors (when search engines come to review your site).
    • Search Keyphrases and Search keywords.
  • List Server — a feature that allows you to build an email list and send one email to the list that goes to all. Each gets an email that appears to be directly from you to them only (optional feature).
