Guest Book Comments is a Powerful Marketing Feature

Guest Book Software allow your guest to enter, at their leisure, there comments about their stay at your lodge and can be a powerful marketing tool as new viewers can read what other had to say about their stay.

How does it work? A view elects to enter their comment that contains their names, location and comment about their stay. IT IS NOT POSTED IMMEDIATELY, but you will receive an email for each new posting for your review.When accepted, email are posted in reverse chronological order, newest at top of the page.
What do you do to review a posting: You review the email and determine whether to allow the post or discard it. In either case you enter the Guest Book Admin mode and either reject or accept (post the email). YOU CAN ALSO EDIT THE POST to correct for spelling and grammar. We all want our valued guest to appear at their best. You can also send them a thank-you email.
Who is in control: You are!. We load the system with a full list of forbidden words, but you can add more. You control when and how often you review comments before they are posted.. You can even ban individual IP number of abusers..
